In this event we will discuss what actually is mindfulness and what are the benfits. How you probably are already experiencing moments of mindfulness without realizing it and how we go about bringing more of it into our lives. We will discuss techniques and do gentle exercises to relax the nervous system and assist you with being more mindful during your daily life.
