This class will be offered every Saturday at 9:00 am weather permitting for the Fall season.
I will be at Centennial Park. Go to the main entrance and into the middle parking lot (the one by the boat rentals) and I will be in the field on the left.
I will teaching Qigong for Health. This is 5 element Qigong with a warm up and cool down. I am certified through the Tia Chi for Health Institute. Qigong assists with relaxing our nervous system, facilitating the relaxation response and cardiopulmonary function. Qigong exercises are gentle and appropriate for all levels. If you would have difficulty standing for 45 minutes you are welcome to bring a chair and do program seated. I will be down loading a seated program for those that can not make it to the park.
