In the mean time 2 tips to assist your body and immune system with relaxation.
1. Yoga 3 part breath : Sit upright both feet on the floor. Bring your awareness to your breath. Close your eyes if your in an area where you feel comfortable. Your going to put one hand on your belly and the other on your chest below your collar bone. Breath in filling your belly with air. This imagery will assist you with bringing air into your lower lungs. Then into your abdomen and finally your chest under your top hand. Your going to reverse the sequence with the exhale. Exhaling from your chest, abdomen and belly. Do a couple sets. This will help the body utilize your full lung capacity and assist the immune function by transitioning to the parasympathetic nervous system.
