Reflexology works the whole body through reflexes in the feet. The practitioner is feeling for any areas of stagnation and works the reflexes with a series of intermittent pressure. This helps to increase circulation , which helps increase nutrient and oxygen delivery . It also helps the neural pathways , our bodies communication system. This will assist the body with finding the relaxation response. In this relaxed state our immune function is enhanced.

Appointment can be cancelled anytime prior to treatment if not feeling well or if you had any exposure to some who has Covid symptoms or recently diagnosed.
